I. Project Overview

The Shuyang (Gaoxu) Modern Textile & Apparel City has a total planned area of 41 square kilometers. Anchored in the chemical fiber industry, it relies on the strong industrial foundation of Zhejiang Hengyi Group, including:

2.4 million tons/year of new functional fibers

900,000 tons/year of functional DTY fibers

250,000 tons/year of high-end fabric greige production

1 billion meters/year of green textile fabrics

The city focuses on building a high-end fabric industry chain centered on filament weaving, aiming to develop into:

A nationally recognized modern high-end textile and apparel hub

A characteristic textile material base on the northern wing of the Yangtze River Delta

A model zone for integrated development of industry, port economy, and urban living around Suqian Port

The project welcomes global enterprises engaged in high-end garment fabrics and functional fabric manufacturing to establish operations in the park.
